Career Development Lessons for Law Firms and Female Lawyers

Rebecca Eisner, the Partner in Charge of Mayer Brown’s Chicago office, as well as a partner in the firm’s Business & Technology Sourcing and Privacy & Security groups, recently detailed four major lessons in InsideCounsel's "Why female lawyers need male coaches: Get mentors – both male and female." The lessons aren't just aimed at women; they're also aimed at helping companies and law firms create environments where women can be successful.
