Even for lawyers, your first 90 days on a new job can be critical to set the tone and expectations of your experience with that law firm, corporate legal department, or other employer. While you're putting together your own 30-60-90 day plan for success (whether a formal plan or an informal one), it helps to see what your employer is thinking during the same time period.
