Would you use unlimited vacation?

We've seen a lot about unlimited vacation policies. They sound like a great deal, but are they really?

The title of The Creative Group's recent press release, "The Allure Of Endless Summers: Managers and Workers See an Upside to an Unlimited Vacation Policy, But Most Wouldn't Take Advantage of the Perk" pretty much sums up its survey findings. Most executives (72%) and workers (56%) expect an unlimited vacation policy wouldn't result in them taking more vacation. No doubt pressure filled environments like law firm and in-house legal departments would have similar results.
